Air Suspension
The air suspension designs from Audi models feature height adjustable suspension controlled by the driver, suitable for making it easier to enter the vehicle, clear bumps, or clear rough terrain.
Air Spring
An air spring is a rubber and fabric bladder that holds air pressure to support a load and isolate passengers and cargo from the shock of motion caused by road irregularities. Air bags replace the coil springs, not supplement them as is often thought.

1. The car can be kept on its ideal axle height independent of its variable load.
2. Driving safety is improved due to better road handling for example at night keeping the same headlight position.
